Ruby Ann Pickard was born September 8, 1915 in Maple community, Ok., the daughter of George H. Scoggins and Effie Josephine McKay Scoggins. She was married to Delmas Loyan "Red" Pickard on September 17, 1949. He preceded her in death on July 16, 1990. Mrs. Pickard was retired from First National Bank after 22 years where she worked as a custodian and was a member of Hanson Baptist Church. She passed this life on June 27, 2010 in Sallisaw, Ok. after having attained the age of 94 years, 9 months and 19 days.
