Mark A. Phillips, 37 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away January 24, 2013 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was born May 8, 1975 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of James Phillips and Judy (Hendrix) Phillips. He was married to Monaca Brewer on December 11, 2012 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mark was a 1993 graduate of
Sallisaw High School. He loved football, especially the San Francisco 49ers and NASCAR. His entire world was his daughter, Shania. He was a loving and devoted father, husband, son, brother and friend.
