 Leon Pettit was born January 11, 1952 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the son of Houston Pettit and Martha Sue (Beaver) Pettit. He was married to Judy Noel on November 2, 1982 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mr. Pettit passed this life on March 15, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 65.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Houtston and Martha Pettit; twin brother, Leo Pettit; and 3 brothers, Johnny, George and an infant
Funeral service is Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2 pm at Marble City School Gymnasium with burial at Marble City Cemetery.
Viewing is Friday 4 - 8 pm, Saturday 10 am - 8 pm and Sunday 2 - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
