Jesse "Keith" Penny was born August 10, 1920 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the son of Jesse William Penny and Amy Bryan Penny. He married Gladys Marie Burns Penny on May 6, 1944 in Booneville, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on June 14, 1997 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Penny passed this life on June 18, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 88 years, 10 months and 8 days.
Survivors are:
1 son and daughter in law:
Jimmy and Helen Penny of Van Buren, Arkansas
1 grandson: Brian Keith and wife Cecilia Penny of Van Buren
1 great grandson: Colton Penny
