Helen Mary Comisky Pace was born October 24, 1924 in Wilburton, Oklahoma. The daughter of Charlie Comisky and Lena Brunetti Comisky. She married Homer Lee Pace on August 21, 1948 in Wilburton, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on January 30, 1979 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Helen passed this life on September 23, 2007 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after
having attained the age of
82 years, 10 months and 29 days.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
2 daughters: Gwynn Asbill and husband Doug of Tulsa, Ok., and
Sharon Stephens of Sallisaw, Ok.;
1 son: Richard Pace and Tana of Sallisaw, Ok.;
7 grandchildren: Joey Stephens, Cara Stephens, Aaron Pace, Adam Pace,
Jordan Pace, Michael Wiley, and Lisa Weese;
7 great grandchildren;
2 brothers in law: Harry Askew of Wetumka, Ok., and
Don Williams of Antioch, Ca.;
1 sister in law: Jo Ann Clements of Ft. Meade, Fl.;
Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Homer Lee Pace;
2 sisters: Marianne Askew and Elizabeth Williams. |
