Bill Osborne was born May 16, 1931 in Roland, Ok., the son of James Elmer Osborne and Rhoda Beatrice Rhodes Osborne. He was married to Nell Owens on Mar. 19, 1955 in Meridian, Ms. She preceded him in death on Mar. 9, 2008. Mr. Osborne passed this life on Dec. 16, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Ar. after having attained the age of 78 years and 7 months.
