Thelma O. "GiGi" York Osborn was born February 6, 1927 in Nampa, Idaho, the daughter of David Madison Tabor and Beulah May Frances (Shryack) Cleland. She married Clarence E. "Gene" Osborn on November 1, 1996 in Booneville, Arkansas. Mrs. Osborn passed this life on October 4, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 89.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Hank York and George Ott; 1 daughter, Sharyl Shaw; her parents, David Tabor and Beulah Cleland; 3 brothers, Teddy, Art, and Dave Tabor; and 1 sister, Edy Tabor
Funeral service is Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at the U.S. National Cemetery in Ft. Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home.
Viewing will be Sunday 2 - 8 pm and Monday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow.
