Joe Morris was born July 3, 1977 in Weatherford, Oklahoma, the son of Dale Edwin Morris and Delores Jane Bilyeu Cheater.
Mr. Morris was a clinical medical aide. He passed this life on May 25, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 31 years, 9 months and 22 days.
