Samuel “Charlie” Miller, 45 of Gore, Oklahoma passed away August 28, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Miller was born August 24, 1967 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Richard Johnson Miller and Janet Rose (Richardson) Miller. He married Tammy Kay Washington Miller on November 13, 1993 in Van Buren, Arkansas. Mr. Miller was a forklift operator and of the Baptist faith.
