Shelly Kim Murrell McNamee, 57 of Tamaha, Oklahoma passed away January 7, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born May 11, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lois Jeanette (Henry) Murrell and Gerald W. Murrell. She was married to Fred H. McNamee on October 16, 1981 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Mrs. McNamee was a retired educator and a member of First Baptist Church in Stigler, Oklahoma.

nephew: Jacob Murrell of Stigler, Oklahoma

She was preceded in death by her parents
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, OK.
Burial will follow at Tamaha Cemetery in Tamaha, OK. under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home.
Active Pallbearers will be: Sean Zachary, Ty Sanders, Londell Taylor, Chad Guinn, Brian Lewis, Damon Murrell and Kevin Lowe.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Faculty and staff of Sallisaw Middle School
Viewing will be Saturday 10 am - 8 pm and Sunday 2 pm - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK
where the family will greet friends from 4 - 6 pm Sunday.
