Philip "Mac" McElhaney was born December 1, 1960 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the son of James and Janet (Dugan) McElhaney. He was married to Twyla Clark on January 11, 1992 in Lisbon, Ohio. Mr. McElhaney passed this life on November 13, 2016 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 55.

A memorial service will be held Friday, November 18, 2016 at 2 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow.
The family would like everyone to wear black and gold for his favorite team, the Steelers.
