Jimmie McCoy, Jr. was born May 29, 1947 in Vian, Oklahoma, the son of Jimmie and Lucy (Girty) McCoy. He was married to Geraldine Leep on February 24, 1964 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Mr. McCoy passed this life on March 24, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 69.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and Lucy McCoy; 1 brother, J.C. McCoy; and 1 sister, Elsie Mullen
Funeral service is Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 2 pm at Blackgum Baptist Church in Vian, Oklahoma. Burial will be at McCoy Evening Shade Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing will be Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
