Sandra Kay Leaf-Mason was born April 14, 1963 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma the daughter of Jim Leaf, Sr. and Francis Cordelia (Sunagoowie) Spurgeon. She married Donnie Rabon Mason on July 19, 2001 Van Buren, Arkansas. Mrs. Mason passed this life on May 14, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 53.

She was preceded in death by her father and 1 sister, Elaine Leaf.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 10 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel.
Viewing is Tuesday from 5 - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home. The family will greet from 5 - 8 pm.
