Daniel Lee Malick was born May 20, 1977 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the son of John Malick and Wanda Anderson Malick. Mr. Malick passed this life on April 11, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 31 years, 10 months and 21 days.
