Wanda Carol Madison was born November 19, 1945 in Taft, California, the daughter of Benjamin Lindsey and Hazel Teague Lindsey. Mrs. Madison passed this life on June 20, 2011 in Harrah, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 65 years, 7 months and 1 day.
