Melissa was born April 30, 1962 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Darrell Edwards and Kathy (Fulbright) Edwards. She was married to Carl Ritchey on October 10, 2003 in Tulsa, Ok. She was a homemaker and graduated from OSU-Tulsa with a Bachelors degree. Melissa enjoyed animals and playing the piano. She was a people person and loved to please. She passed this life on August 5, 2008 in Tulsa, Ok. after having attained the age of 46 years, 3 months and 5 days.
