Mary Lou Lance was born June 8, 1951 in Akins community, Oklahoma, the daughter of David Jackson Matthews and Lois Marie (Toon) Matthews. She was married to Tom Neal Lance on December 19, 1995 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Lance was a waitress and former owner of Mary Lou's Cafe. She passed this life on March 12, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 60 years, 7 months and 4 days.
