Adriyana Jolie Johnson was born June 25, 2011 in Poteau, Oklahoma, the daughter of Louis Walter Johnson and Chanda Marie (Chandler) Johnson. Adriyana passed this life on July 1, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 6 days.
Survivors are:
parents: Louis and Chanda Johnson of the home
2 sisters: Jordan and Zariah Johnson of the home
1 brother: Brayden Johnson of the home

Steven and Sherri Chandler of Muldrow, Ok.
