Mrs. Jarvis was born July 12, 1923 in Burkburnett, Texas, the daughter of Abbie Thornton Todd and Eunice (Dutton) Todd. She married Gilmer Eddie Jarvis on July 16, 1949 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He preceeded her in death on April 18, 2006 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She passed this life on November 6, 2006 after having attained the age of 83 years, 3 months and 25 days.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Carolyn Bowman and husband J.W. of Seminole, TX.;
1 son: Robert Earl Davis of Vian, OK.;
1 step-daughter: Barbara Davis and husband Virgil of Amarillo, TX.;
1 step-son: Wayne Jarvis and wife Gaynell of Andrew, TX,;
6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren;
She was preceeded in death by her husband: Mr. Gilmer Eddie Jarvis; 1 grand-daughter: Kathy Davis; 1 great-granddaughter: Megan Jarvis;
her parents; and 2 brothers: A.T. and Joe Todd;
