Mrs. Hixon was born January 29, 1926 in Stilwell, Oklahoma; the daughter of James Dewey Spyres and Bonnie Mae Sumpter Spyres. She married Carl Hixon on October 6, 1945 in Selma, California. Mrs. Hixon passed this life on December 2, 2006 in Conway, Arkansas after having attained the age of
80 years, 10 months and 3 days.
