Robert F. "Mutt" Hill was born April 23, 1917 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the son of Frank Hill and Sadie Simmons Hill. He was married to Thelma Davis on March 30, 1990 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Hill was a construction worker. He passed this life on June 29, 2010 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 93 years, 2 months and 6 days.
