Frank McCoy "Boo" Hefley was born August 8, 1930 in Webber Falls, Oklahoma, the son of Maxie Ellis Hefley and Charlotte Allene (Carter) Hefley. He married Dorothy (Fields) Hefley on January 4, 1950 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on January 28, 2005 in Gore, Oklahoma. Mr. Hefley passed this life on October 4, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 79 years, 6 months and 26 days.
