Tammy Lee Harlow was born May 22, 1972 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the daughter of Troy and Rita (Bullington) Harlow. She was married to Raymond Michael Victory. She passed this life on December 14, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 43. She leaves to mourn her passing: husband: Mike of the home 1 son: Charles MIchael Victory of the home 1 daughter: Tamara Harlow of Muldrow, OK parents: Troy and Rita Harlow of Muldrow, OK 2 sisters: Melinda Harlow of New York and Sebrina Godwin of Florida several other relatives and friends Funeral service will be Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial will be at Akins Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Active Pallbearers are Floyd Harlow, Terry Harlow, Henry Harlow, Johnny Victory, Tommy Victory and Paul Brunk.
