Mr. Gibbons was born March 1, 1953 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Elbert James Gibbons and Essie (Owens) Gibbons. He was a machinist at Baldor Electric and Anderson Martin Machinery. He passed this life on May 1, 2008 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 55 years and 2 months.
