Emily Jo Riggs Frasher went to be with her Lord on November 25, 2006 at Desert Sky Nursing Center in GLendale, Arizona after having attained the age of 81 years, 11 months and 8 days.
Born December 17, 1924 to parents Maurice Riggs and Minnie Lee Miller Riggs, she spent her formative years in Sallisaw, later graduating from Central High School in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Most of her adult life was spent in Arizona where she retired from the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix after 20 years of service.
Preceding her in death were:
her parents;
1 brother, Carney L. Foreman of Muskogee, Oklahoma
and her husband, Dennis (Jack) Frasher of Phoenix, Arizona.
Those left to mourn her passing are:
1 nephew: Mitchell Foreman and his wife Lisa of Checotah, OK.;
2 nieces: Theresa Kandt of Washington, MI
and Patty Garner and her husband Gary of Muskogee, Ok;
2 sisters-in-law: Lela Foreman of Muskogee, Ok.,
and Louise Frasher of Phoenix, AZ.
As well as numerous other family members and friends.
