Reba Ellen Webb Faulkner was born December 16, 1914 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jack Wayne Webb and Blanch Palmer Webb. She married Owen "Bill" Faulkner on August 17, 1934 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on December 17, 1980 in Wichita, Kansas. Mrs. Faulkner passed this life on September 4, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 94 years, 8 months, and 18 days.
