C.B. Cassady was born April 4, 1930 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Ray Alvin Cassady and Clara Folsom Cassady. He was married to Patricia House on April 27, 1962 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Cassady passed this life on January 1, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 80 years, 8 months and 28 days.
