Roy Howard Brown was born December 17, 1921 in Peno, Oklahoma, the son of Howard Brown and Lucy Melinda Jane Floyd Brown. He married Betty Jo (Blaylock) Brown on April 2, 1949 in Compton, California. She preceded him in death on December 30, 2001 in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Brown passed this life on January 15, 2011 in Lubbock, Texas after having attained the age of 89 years and 29 days.
