Larry Wayne Brown was born March 23, 1955 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Huey Brown and Bessie (Ellen) Randel Brown Moore. He married Joyce Dean (Fagg) Brown on January 3, 1982 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on December 1, 2003 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Brown passed this life on November 2, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 54 years, 7 months and 10 days.
