Billy Joe Brooks was born October 12, 1963 in Purcell, Oklahoma, the son of John Wesley Brooks, Jr. and Vivian Rosie Alene Davis Brooks. He was married to Patsy Ann Gillis on August 9, 2009 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mr. Brooks passed this life on May 17, 2013 in Vian, Oklahoma at the age of 49 years.
