Carl D. "Frog" Blevins was born July 30, 1949 in Blackgum, Oklahoma, the son of Hugh Densmore Blevins and Lillie Belle (Flanagan) Blevins. He passed this life on July 18, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 67.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
3 sisters: Ida Been and Jimmy of Oklahoma City, OK,
Jean Neighbors and Wesley of Sallisaw, OK, and
Bertha Willhite and Lonnie of Spencer, OK
1 brother: Bill Blevins and wife Margie of Dwight Mission, OK
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine; 1 son, Robert Dale Blevins; his parents,
Hugh and Lillie Blevins; and sister, Patsy Teehee
Funeral service is Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing is Wednesday from 4 - 8 pm and Thursday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet Thursday from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
