Marilyn Lou Beard was born May 6, 1947 in Ardmore, Oklahoma the daughter of Billy Burton Wilkes and Hazel (Miller) Wilkes. She was married to Rogers Beard on December 18, 1963 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Mrs. Beard passed this life on August 8, 2017 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 70.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Hazel Wilkes and sister, Melanie Wilkes
Funeral service is Friday, August 11, 2017 at 1 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial is at Cottonwood Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow.
