Dolores Palmer Ballinger, 83, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 in Sallisaw. She was born April 12, 1929 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Duff Palmer and Pearl Emma Pryor Palmer. She married Carl Lee Ballinger on June 3, 1947 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She received her Bachelor Degree in Education from Northeastern State University, was a homemaker and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents,

Robbie Dale Palmer and Jerry Dean Palmer
