Susan Quay Bain was born December 10, 1964 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Howard W. Matsler, Brenda Quay Byers Matsler and George Norman Green. Ms. Bain was a medical assistant and of the Pentecostal faith. She passed this life on May 24, 2012 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 47 years, 5 months and 14 days.

4 sisters: Kathy Chavez of Sallisaw, OK, Sherri Politowicz,
Mary Brucia and Sandra Sierra all of Monroe, NC
2 brothers: Jay Matsler of Broken Arrow, OK
and Wesley Matsler of Conway, AR
fathers: Howard Matsler and Norman Green
grandmother: Jo Ella Green of Sallisaw, OK
several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles,
