Helen Ault Shackleford was born May 4, 1926 in Russellville, Arkansas, the daughter of John William Mann and Nora Ellen Thompson Abbott. She married Ray Burton Shackleford on April 3, 1982 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on June 22, 1992 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Mrs. Shackleford was a retired educator and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She passed this life on April 17, 2012 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 85 years, 11 months and 13 days.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Ruth Craig of San Diego, CA
6 grandchildren: Amy Grace, Sabain Magdeline,
Leah Mary, Hesper Elizabeth, and DeeAnn Renee and Jill Helen
9 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband:
