Mr. Lonnie Applegate was born November 22, 1969 in Sacton, Arizona. The son of
Eugene Applegate and Bernice Christine Lewis. He married Melissa Joyce Howard Applegate on October 19, 2004 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Applegate was the assistant manager at
Marvins IGA in Vian, Oklahoma. Mr. Applegate passed this life on December 6, 2006 in Vian, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 37 years and 28 days.

Mother-in-law: Carolyn Perkins of Vian, OK.;
