Michelle Burris Allen was born July 6, 1967 in Phoenix, Arizona, the daughter of Quannah Leon Burris and Wilma Juanita Parks Burris. Mrs. Allen passed this life on October 26, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 44 years, 3 months and 20 days.
