mother: Maggie Allen of Muldrow, Ok.;
2 sisters: Carolyn Fields of Rudy, Ar., and Rita Peterson of Florida;
1 brother: Donald Gene Allen of Liberty, Ok.;
He was preceded in death by his father: Wayburn Allen and
