Francis Louise McGuire Allen was born August 3, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The daughter of Albert Rolen McGuire and Bonnie Faye Mendenhall McGuire. She married Robert Floyd Allen on December 14, 1984 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Francis passed this life on January 6, 2007 in Arkoma, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 50 years, 5 months and 3 days.

2 sons: Jackie Delano Allen of Arkoma, Ok., and

1 Sister: Sheila Harlow of Arkoma, Ok.;
3 Brothers: Everett McGuire of Panama, Ok.,
Bud Wayne McGuire of Arkoma, Ok., and Rodgen McGuire of Arkoma, Ok.;
Several other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
