Conner Matthew Adame was born October 16, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the son of Eddie Adame and Saundra Roslynn (Butler) Adame. He passed this life on September 10, 2016 at the age of 10 months.

Funeral service will be Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 10 am at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw with burial at Sallisaw City Cemetery.
Viewing will be Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory
Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet from 6 - 8 pm.
